One in five Americans has a mental illness and many are reluctant to seek help, or may not know where to turn for help. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) allows for early detection and intervention by giving people tools identify and support people in crisis. This FREE* workshop will teach you skills to help someone who is showing signs of a mental health condition.

Free for SCC Residents ($40.00 for CE’s for Non-CMH Staff)

Training will be in the SCCCMH Auditorium from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
