Thumb Alliance PIHP Reports & Plans

Thumb Alliance PIHP is responsible for managing Medicaid and other public services for mental health and substance use disorders in Lapeer, Sanilac, and St. Clair Counties. The PIHP is also the Coordinating Agency for Substance Use Disorder Services for the region.
