Adult Professional Services
Adult Professional Services (APS) provides case management or supports coordination services to St. Clair County individuals with a severe mental illness or developmental disability. APS integrates individual driven, need-based service provision, while focusing on the family as the most natural setting to provide services. Individuals are empowered to participate to their fullest ability in their community while receiving the supports needed to function as independently as possible. Ancillary services are provided based on need (occupational therapy, nursing, clinical, etc.).
