Adult Outpatient Services

St. Clair County Community Mental Health provides outpatient services for individuals with chronic mental illness and/or developmental disabilities living in St. Clair County.   A variety of services are available, including:

• Assessment
• Evaluation and Person Centered Planning
• Crisis Intervention
• Psychiatric Evaluation
• Individual, Family and Group Therapy
• Nursing Services
• Occupational Therapy Services
• Case Management/Supports Coordination
• Crisis Residential Services
• Psychological Assessment
• Community Living Supports

Outpatient services are provided at four locations:

• River District Counseling Center (RDCC) - Algonac
• Marine City Adult Professional Services - Marine City
• Port Huron Outpatient Services - Port Huron
