Filing a Rights Complaint
If you think that your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Office of Recipient Rights. This may be done by mail, telephone, or in person. Forms on which to report alleged violations are available at any St. Clair County Community Mental Health location, and are available below for printing. Once your complaint is submitted, a Rights Officer/Advisor will review the complaint and may conduct an investigation.
