Integrity Clubhouse is a place for adults recovering from psychiatric disabilities who live in western St. Clair, eastern Lapeer, and Sanilac counties to come to use their skills, discover new talents, regain confidence, and meet friends. It provides a sense of community, security, and stability to people who have often been denied these in their lives.  At the Clubhouse, members and staff work side by side to complete jobs needed to keep the Clubhouse running.

Touchstone Services, Inc. was formed in July 1996. The first program served by this agency was a psychosocial clubhouse program for Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health Services Board, called the Opportunity Center. The Blue Water Clubhouse program in St. Clair County was the second psychosocial program of this agency and opened in August 1999. Touchstone Services most recent program to open is Integrity Clubhouse, which began offering services in May 2003 to western St. Clair, eastern Sanilac, and all of Lapeer. For more information about Integrity Clubhouse, visit Touchstone Services Inc.'s website.
