Community Services Coordinating Body (CSCB)
The St. Clair County Community Services Coordinating Body has several active workgroups, associated initiatives and Ad Hoc Committees that are working towards enhancing coordination of services to residents in St. Clair County.
Workgroups are formally linked to the CSCB, are chaired by a member of the Coordinating Body, and receive CSCB staff support. Workgroups report quarterly to the CSCB Steering Committee and annually to the full membership.
Associated Initiatives include both state-endorsed and local initiatives that are designed to be collaborative, have a specific focus, share resources, and believe in the mission and vision of the CSCB. These initiatives are chaired by a lead agency (not necessarily a member of the Coordinating Body), provide their own staffing support, and report annually to the CSCB full membership.
Ad Hoc Committees are formed by special request made to the CSCB Steering Committee. These committees address issues that can be completed in a short timeframe, and report to the Steering Committee on a quarterly basis.
