Billboards: Underage Drinking

In May, the Thumb Alliance Coordinating Agency for Substance Use Disorders launched a four month billboard campaign in St. Clair, Lapeer and Sanilac counties to address the complicity of adults in underage drinking. The awareness effort runs through September. The three boards are presented here.
