The Thumb Alliance PIHP's Application for Renewal and Recommitment (ARR) to the Michigan Department of Community Health. The ARR outlines the goals of PIHP, St. Clair, Lapeer and Sanilac County CMHs, and the Coordinating Agency for Substance Use Disorders over the next five years.
