Vision Statement

In support of its Mission, the Agency will embrace a Vision which:

• Recognizes that all people have the capacity to discover, recover, change, grow and develop their thinking, beliefs and behaviors.
• Facilitates equal access to quality services.
• Assures availability and access to effective service where programs and opportunities are designed to promote choice and responsibility tailored to the strengths and needs of the individual.
• Effectively plans, evaluates, and monitors the system to assure accountability for the most effective and efficient management of resources.
