Customer Satisfaction Survey

Customer Satisfaction Surveys are completed each fiscal year to determine the satisfaction rate of individuals we serve at St. Clair County Community Mental Health. In FY 05/06, St. Clair County Community Mental Health served 638 adults with developmental disabilities; 348 children with developmental disabilities; 1,830 adults with mental illness; and 444 children with mental illness. The overall satisfaction rate for FY 05/06 was 96%. In addition, 95% of individuals reported that they feel better about their lives after receiving services.
