St. Clair County Community Mental Health provides services and supports to adults with mental illnesses, children with severe emotional impairment, individuals with developmental disabilities, and persons with co-occurring substance use disorders. Our Mission and Vision Statement reflects our commitment to journeying with individuals to a place of hope, achievement and recovery.
St. Clair County Community Mental Health is a CARF accredited agency. CARF is an independent, non-profit organization that requires organizations they survey to meet rigorous standards before it grants them accreditation. CARF's March 2008 Survey Summary Report reviewed numerous areas in which CMH has strengths, and areas in which CMH “demonstrates exemplary conformance to standards”. Our CARF accreditation means that the services you receive from SCCCMH are among the best you can receive.
Our Administrative headquarters is located at 1011 Military Street in Port Huron . We also have numerous offices located at convenient locations throughout the county.
